New Yorkers for Children just celebrated their Spring Gala in April, with models such as Coco Rocha, Maggie Rizer, Joy Bryant, Jeisa Chiminazzo, Eugenia Silva, and Hilary Rhoda in attendance. But this year, Selita Ebanks is getting into the spirit of the charity even more, and will serve as a vice chair for the first time. “I’m excited to be participating in New Yorkers for Children’s Fall Gala!” she said of her new role. “This is a charity close to my heart, as I spent some time in the foster care program as a child and I know how much support each of the children need.” On September 22, New Yorkers for Children will celebrate the 10th Annual Fall Gala Make It Happen with Anderson Cooper as host and musical guest Mary J Blige.
