Kate Moss rarely gives interviews, so when she does talk, you know it’s good. This time it’s about Rankin, as the photographer is presenting “Rankin Live”: an exhibit that includes “Rankin Retrospective” and “Shoot Me, Rankin.”
“Any time Rankin takes a picture he knows what he wants, and there is really no chance of being anyone but who you are, even if you try,” said Kate. “You can trust him. I trust him.”
The first is a survey of his career, while the second is more of an interactive guerilla project, where Rankin will capture 1,000 people based on their personal style. Each person will be through hair, makeup, and the photo shoot in under 15 minutes. The exhibit will run in London from July 31 to September 18 at the Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane.
