A packed house filled into Lincoln Center for Vivienne Tam’s Fall 2011 show to check out her collection inspired by the idea of duality. Through the crowd, former Modelinia cover girl, Sessilee Lopez stood out like a shining beacon of Vivienne Tam designs, dressed head to toe, from her sequined blazer on down. A quick glance afforded us a look at her left ring finger, which was interestingly decorated, but Sessilee quickly clarified. “It’s a promise ring; something between the both of us, nothing to shout from the mountain tops yet.” Regardless, we say congrats! Once the runway began, we fell in love with Ping’s beyond unique walk - which marries a perfectly strong strut and a noticeable dance-y beat - as well a healthy variety of models from So Young (who’s easily taking over the runways this season) to Andie Arthur. As a side note - for the social media and startup fans of the world - guests went home with Vivienne Tam’s specially designed Square! ~ Bianca Posterli
