Mix the ultra-cool vibe of a downtown crowd with bottomless flutes of champagne and oversized portraits of beautiful women, and and what do you get? Well, a Paul Rowland gallery opening party, of course. Paul Rowland, the visionary behind Women and Supreme Management, has put together his greatest works in a new collection entitled, “Transformations.” Of course, all of the fabulous faces of the agency were in attendance, including Natasha Poly, Isabeli Fontana, Hanne Gaby Odiele, and Behati Prinsloo. Models were dressed in their own off-duty style, looking as incredible as ever. (We particularly loved Daiane Conterato’s striking Rodate dress.) The girls came out in droves to support the man so influential in their careers, but even with all their praise, Paul humbly replied, “I’m just happy anyone came.”
Works included large-scale photographs of models and muses from his career over the past decade. Many of the portraits were taken from previous show packages Paul shot for Woman and Supreme. Paul’s work captures the undeniably haunting, yet fascinatingly beautiful, spirit of his subjects. We can’t get enough and hope this is just one of many installments. ~ Christine Cruz
