It’s no secret that Coco Rocha is a huge fan of the Tumblr platform. She was the first model to join the blogging revolution and regularly updates her site with peeks into her daily life.
As a continuation of the Fashion Week collaboration, Coco invited photographer Jamie Beck - one of the Tumblr 24 - over to her apartment last week to join forces and create a trio of brilliant photographs. Quickly becoming well known for her innovative designs, Jamie culls together beautiful moments in moving images, which she calls cinemagraphs. During Fashion Week, she featured a number of fashion insiders and iconic cityscapes including Anna Wintour and Columbus Circle, putting her memorable creative spin on the images.
But now it’s Coco’s turn to take center stage in these cinemagraphs. With her legendary poses and consistently breathtaking, Coco stars in three images which she describes as the future of photography, while wearing Oscar de la Renta. The angles, the poses, the gazes - it’s all perfection from Coco, but when accented with Jamie’s talent and innovation, magic ensues.
