The Rosebud of Miu Miu

Seems like Miuccia Prada’s love for Lindsey Wixson continues. After the rosebud model was hired as an exclusive in Milan for Prada, she flew to Paris to walk the Miu Miu Spring 2010 runway and closed the show. Of course you know now that Rasa Zukauskaite was chosen as the face of the Prada Spring 2010 campaign, but Miu Miu’s model of choice remained to be decided.

Now Miuccia’s crush on Lindsey is official, and the fresh-faced model is front and center for the campaign. Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott capture the model’s leggy pose in a ’60s-inspired feel—complete with platforms and stick-straight long hair. We’re seeing a bit of Twiggy in those big bold eyes.
