If you were in L.A. this weekend and attended Erin Wasson’s garage sale, we’re pretty envious. Everything was priced at $100 or less, with racks full of designer labels including Acne, YSL, Ksubi, and James Jeans. It’s a little shocking that she’d let go of the Balenciaga shoes given to her by Nicolas Ghesquière, but her mission was to clear out everything she hadn’t worn in six months, and it certainly seems like she did that. Plus, all of the proceeds went to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, so shopping her closet was really a good deed. Her profile in the Guardian came out at the right time, as all those who missed seeing Erin over the weekend at least got to read about how she really loves the style of girls in the East Village, her obsession with her vintage Fendi jacket that’s way too big, and her hatred toward pink.
