While Vogue nabbed Lady Gaga for its September cover, Harper’s Bazaar has tapped the ever lovely Miranda Kerr for a new editorial spread highlighting this season’s hottest boots! Not grabbing your attention? What if we added that the Aussie beauty went au naturale for said shoot?
It is indeed true that for Bazaar’s own buzzed about issue, the glossy enlisted Miranda and her jaw-dropping body to strip down into nothing but a few pairs of uber-sexy leather boots! The inside feature shot by- who else?- Terry Richardson, had the supermodel mom flaunting her stuff, albeit with a bit of an edgier vibe, in designs by Tom Ford, Givenchy, Hermes, Reed Krakoff, and Tod’s.
The reoccurring best-dressed model has been on a sartorial hot streak this summer, making this month’s stark photoshoot that much more intriguing. Keeping in tune with the magazine’s recent style renovation, the nearly nude Angel provided an extra dose of modern edge to the storied glossy, even adding a bit about her own to-die-for street-style.
“For me it’s all about keeping things simple and feeling comfortable in what I am wearing,” Miranda told Bazaar. “I prefer investing in classic, well-tailored pieces.”
