Though Kate Moss wasn’t expected stateside until today, there was no lack of star power and models at Sir Philip Green’s VIP store party Tuesday night. It all started off with a shopping party at the store and moved to a private dinner at Balthazar, complete with musical performances by Marc Ronson, Santigold, Daniel Merriweather, and Jimmy Fallon. It was still a small affair as the owner wanted to keep the event intimate, saying, “It wouldn’t make sense if we had 1000 people here and didn’t know 900.” Inside, Arlenis Sosa was dressed in all Topshop, and shopped for graphic mini dresses, saying, “I’m crazy for these clothes and the shoes are amazing!” Behati Prinsloo went for the lingerie section, and Hanne Gaby Odiele had her share of hangers on her arm while shopping. Later that night, Karolina Kurkova and Le Call joined the dinner party, while Annabelle Dexter Jones danced with her mom to brother Mark Ronson’s tunes. Tonight’s another dinner party at Balthazar, and finally, tomorrow is the grand opening with an after party at The Box. Stay tuned for more models and Kate Moss!
