Preen never disappoints, and today designers Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi even brought editors out of their Fashion’s Night Out and rain-induced stupor. As the pair sent their new troupe of models—lead by Anna Selezneva—down the runway in ’90s-inspired dressed-up grunge looks, friend of the house Trish Goff sat front row, just down from Alexa Chung. Postshow Trish obsessed over the pink one-piece suit, saying, “I’m going to be wearing that in London. I’m going back there, and going, ‘You have to let me wear that out in London!’ It’ll be really great with the short hair.” But before she could rush backstage to declare the piece her own, Trish got caught up with the designer couple’s new baby, who clearly loved Trish.
Modelinia marveled at Ali Stephens’ tan during the show, and luckily shared the elevator with her on our way out of Milk and found out she’s fresh off of a vacation from Hawaii. Welcome back to the city and Fashion Week!
