On Monday night, Vapiano hosted the premiere of The Extra Man starring Katie Holmes, and after a trip to the movies, guests including Doutzen Kroes and Nicole Trunfio - who was wearing her own jewelry line - headed to Union Square to check out NYC’s newest restaurant, Vapiano. But out of all the guests, the resto’s biggest fan is Lena Gercke, the winner of the first cycle of Germany’s Next Top Model. She had a hard time containing her excitement, explaining that she was beyond thrilled that Vapiano finally made its first New York City appearance, as she so often used to frequent the Germany location! As the night went on, it was clear that Lena wasn’t the only Vapiano fan. The crowd was loving the new space, as guests dined on pasta, pizza, and salad dishes from the high end casual dining location.
