It’s the end of the week. Your feet hurt. But stop complaining — at least you’re not the one walking the shows. Understandably, models’ feet have been through a lot. So it’s really not surprising that in four different runway shows on Wednesday and Thursday, girls had some issues with their heels.
At the Marchesa presentation, one girl’s feet turned purple because her shoes were too small.
The models at Vivienne Tam’s presentation ended up shoe-less, and at Philip Lim, models took off their Christian Louboutins mid-runway because they were too high!
We can appreciate when a designer realizes the shoes are just too ridiculous. Thursday morning, Brian Reyes went as far as to allow his girls to take their final walk barefoot!
