Where Caroline Learned to Jump

Teen Vogue knows how to appease us.

In their new book, The Teen Vogue Handbook: An Insiders Guide to Careers in Fashion, they not only spell out how to make your way in fashion as a designer, beauty editor, stylist, or photographer, but also how to become a model.

And who better to discuss the career path than Lara Bonomo, a model scout and the magazine’s booking director. Inside she gives her top tips, but also highlights a few rising stars that she worked with: Gemma Ward (who was the first model on a Teen Vogue cover), Ali Michael, Karlie Kloss, Jessica Stam, Sigrid Agren, and Kasia Struss.

Quite possibly one of the most adorable tidbits learned from the book is that Caroline Trentini actually learned to jump on the set of a Teen Vogue shoot! “I thought the picture was going to come out horribly, but it actually looked really cute,” said Caroline.
