Fashion Week newbies Bo Don and Yulia Lobova took the runway yesterday at Michael Angel’s Spring 2011 show, which showcased a series of watercolor-esque prints beneath sheer latex jackets and cropped oxford tops. The collection was a refreshing burst of lightweight fabrics and whimsical colors compared to Angel’s previous collections, which veered on the darker, heavier side. After the show we had time to catch up with Modelinia favorite and front row attendee, Julia Stegner, who gushed over the incredible structure of Angel’s collection and was particularly enamored with the ethereal, long white dress that closed the show. She wasn’t the only model in the audience however. Ever the Angel fan, Nicole Trunfio sat front row as well, looking structured and sleek in one of Michael’s creations. ~Sonia Evers
