It’s bright and sunny, the beginning of August, and summer’s in full swing.
But the Fall ‘09 campaigns are still coming in, and this new Hermès ad starring Raquel Zimmermann is making us dream of winter wonderlands, building snowmen, and the fuzzy warm hats and jackets we’ll be wearing in a few months. Eric Valli captured Raquel as a cold-weather princess decorating an ice Christmas tree at the Icehotel in Sweden.
Keeping up with the cold-weather clothes, Hanne Gaby Odiele stars in the Missoni ads, looking extremely cozy in those desirable knits. Ryan McGinley snapped Hanne in a windswept moment on the back of a truck that really accentuates not only the colors of the design, but her stunning look as well.
Summer might be in full swing, but if anything, these ads make winter seem not so terrible!
