From September 1-21st, Gabrielle Revere’s exhibit “I Remain, You Desire” will be on display at the Sotheby’s gallery, featuring her model muse Lindsey Wixson! You’ll remember the Life magazine feature, which chronicled the Fashion Week craziness of Lindsey’s life, from castings to runway shows to fittings, but that’s only the beginning.
Gabrielle highlights the attraction of the model of the moment, while exploring “what lies beneath the obvious, to illuminate the relationship between the subject and viewer — the seen and the unseen.” And given Lindsey’s skill as a model in addition to the obvious relationship between photographer and model, this is one exhibit fans won’t want to miss.
