How’s your New Year’s resolution going? If you’re stressed out from the massive lines at the gym, packed classes, and insane personal trainers with their newbies taking over your space, then maybe it’s time to branch out on your workout.

Models have the very unique opportunity to utilize multiple types of fitness, adapting their workouts to different locations, including hotel rooms.

Miranda Kerr has kept up her study of hatha yoga for years, but she’s not the only model to fall in love with yoga—Anja Rubik’s such a yogi, she’s even featured in a Wii game.

Julie Henderson dared to brave the heights of the trapeze on the West Side Highway in New York while we filmed her dips and swirls. When she’s not flying through the air, she’s getting Kirsched with the amazing fitness guru.

While in Paris, Veronica Webb takes her workout to an Imoove machine, working out her core and improving her balance and strength. When she’s not a balancing act, she hits the pavement or goes Brazilian with capoeira.
