Yasmin's Love for Mothers4Children

Love Net-a-Porter? Love giving back to charities?

Well Yasmin Le Bon brought the best of both together. She’s working with her friend Lisa B to raise awareness and money for Mothers4Children. The organization focuses on Romanian orphanages, providing aid to children suffering through winters without heat and the side effects of laying in a bed all day long.

“We wanted this to be really accessible to everyone,” Lisa said. “Every penny from this goes to the charities and a small amount can make a huge difference. For instance, lots of children in Romania suffer from water on the brain, which is excruciating. But a £300 operation can cure it.”

This week the first raffle will occur with more set to happen over the summer, and the prizes are amazingly huge: a £2,000 voucher for Netaporter.com, a Chloé handbag, and tickets for the X Factor final are just a few.

“I’m hopeless at organizing,” said Yasmin. “But it turns out I’m good at asking for stuff for this. We want it to be big.”
