For some, Fashion Week is all about the clothes, the designers, the parties, and the scene. But for others it’s an excellent time to enjoy an introduction to the newest faces in the modeling industry. And thanks to the tireless efforts of agents and casting directors, fresh models experience their very first strut down the runway, season after season.
As a prep to February’s Fall 2011 shows, casting director Natalie Joos shared her top pics for the upcoming catwalks with V magazine! But while the feature is on the “new” faces of the industry, Natalie played with her assignment just a bit and included a few models who’ve already begun to make their lasting impression on the world. For those who follow models and fashion, Britt Maren, Ann Kenny, Tali Lennox, Arizona Muse, Caroline Brasch Nielsen, and Daphne Groeneveld are beginning to become regulars on the scene. Their inclusion could quite possibly serve as a slight nod to the extent of their runway presence this season. But regardless of the reasoning, it’s clear Natalie’s picks have a bright future.
