Fabiana Semprebom was born to a Brazilian father and an Italian-American mother.

At the time she was discovered, she was still in school, but decided to follow the agent's advice, and put her education on hold in order to pursue modeling as a full-time occupation. After getting her start with local agencies like Mega Models out of São Paulo, she has since added representation from many big agencies around the world including Supreme in New York. 

Fabiana has appeared in print advertising campaigns for brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Forum Lingerie, Kahlua, DKNY, Eblin Lingerie, Pantene, Adidas, and most recently, Victoria’s Secret.

Some of her favorite designers are Balenciaga, Donna Karan, and Versace. Though she put her education on hold in the beginning, Fabiana completed her high school education and recommends every young model do the same since it made her who she is today. Currently she spends her time between Europe, Brazil, and South Africa, where she often goes to visit her fiancée, Argentinean tennis player Guillermo Ignacio Canas.
