Bloggers, editors, and insiders alike can't seem to get enough of the 21-year-old's downtown vintage party girl style. Chanel and Doc Martens? Genius. 

Born in London to a respectable music/fashion pedigree, Harley spent her childhood in Los Angeles and recently moved to New York to pursue a degree in Egyptology at New York University (yes, she's studying hieroglyphics). And if that weren't enough, her burgeoning photography skills (she's a former Mario Testino intern) and unusual new role as Dior Beauty's resident DJ should seal the deal. Harley will create playlists inspired by each season's palette, host events, and consult on product launches for the brand.

Despite the stunner's playful protestations about her newfound status, Harley seems to keep people at Nylon, Vogue, and Jalouse talking about her. Not to mention the countless websites obsessively featuring her enviable style and tracking her every move.

However you cut it, all the hype seems to be paying off: DKNY just named Harley the new face of its Spring 2009 campaign. Harley told Nylon TV, "The problem with being an It girl is that you're not known for doing anything." Well, we beg to differ.
