Though she was born in Muiderberg in the Netherlands, Lisanne knew her path in life would be one full of travel and adventures. She was originally scouted while out and about but decided to finish school, later sending Polaroids to Ulla Model in Holland. From there history was made, as a brilliant individual saw her potential, catapulting Lisanne to her status as a model to watch.

After making her appearance in New York, she immediately became a favorite of Russell Marsh and snagged prime appearances in many of his shows, including the trio of BCBG, where she debuted in September of 2009, Max Azria, as the opener and Herve Leger. Her runway prowess earned her an exclusive in Milan, walking for Prada, along with the ever-impressive opening spot for the Miu Miu show in Paris during the same season.

Lisanne has appeared in editorials for Dazed and Confused, Russh, 10 magazine, and Interview, as well as campaigns for Burberry Sport, Balenciaga, Celine, while making runway appearances for Peter Som, Proenza Schouler, Chanel, Christian Dior, and Balenciaga.

And while she’s taking the modeling industry by storm now, school is still on her mind. Lisanne would love to spend her time with a nose in books regarding languages and economics.
