Growing up in England, Poppy attended Bedales in West Sussex where she had classes with fellow model Alice Dellal. Known for her elfin looks and mischievous smile, Poppy has walked for designers such as Chloé, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, and Biba; starred in campaigns for Bamford, Anya Hindmarch, and Laura Ashley; and has acted as brand ambassador for Chanel and Versace. Her picture has landed both inside and on the cover of Tatler, gracing the L'Officiel's Marriage supplement, and has even done shoots for Vogue.
Even though she models for high end designers, this model doesn't take herself too seriously: She didn't realize she had worn her Alberta Ferretti dress backward to a New York charity function, nor is she afraid to admit that she's a fan of Twilight star Robert Pattinson.
While she lists her fashion heroes as Jean Shrimpton, Daphne Guinness, and Agyness Deyn, she doesn't want to put a label on her style. Poppy dresses to suit her mood and loves to shop in Mango and Topshop.
And though she's had great success in the fashion world, the Brit has many other interests, too. She's dabbled in photography, takes acting classes, is passionate about charities, and loves to sit at cafes and people watch.
