Global Ambassador Iman appears in a portrait for the Keep a Child Alive campaign. Keep a Child Alive provides anti-retroviral treatment, care, and support services to children and their families with HIV/AIDS in Africa and the developing world.

In addition to participating in an Operation Smile mission to Lima, Peru, in 2007, Molly Sims cohosted Operation Smile's the Smile Collection fund-raising gala in NYC. The organization works to repair childhood facial deformities, including cleft palates.

Liya Kebede's foundation also has a goal to "increase awareness and visibility of the importance of basic medical interventions, which are extremely effective in improving the health and survival of mothers and children."
