Michael Kors dressed 30 Rock's Tina Fey from his Pre-Fall 2010 collection for the 2010 Academy Awards.

Demi Moore chose a blush colored gown embellished with a fabric rose from the Versace Atelier Spring 2008 collection. The original runway version was designed in shades of sunset.

Sasha P walked dramatically down the runway in a ruffled off-white, cinched at the waist gown for the Fall 2009 Chanel Couture show. Inglorious Basterds actress Diane Kruger chose the special dress, embellished with feathered black fabric, for the Oscars.

Fashion rule breaker Jennifer Lopez goes glam in an Armani Privé Spring 2010 gown, originally worn on the runway by Karlie Kloss.

Amanda Seyfried also wore a gown from the Armani Privé Spring 2010 collection.

Oscar-nominated actress Anna Kendrick also chose a blush colored, rose embellished gown on award night, much like Demi. Hers, from the Elie Saab Couture Spring 2010 collection, drapes her figure perfectly and she made it her own by wearing it as an off the shoulder gown instead of an asymmetrical design as showcased on the runway.

Sandra Bullock walked the red carpet in a right from the runway gown from the Marchesa Fall 2010 collection.

Sarah Jessica Parker, who along with Tom Ford presented the award for Best Costume Design, wore a unique Grecian inspired, champagne colored gown from the Chanel Couture Spring 2010 runway.

Zoe Saldana was an explosion of color on the red carpet in her jewel encrusted Givenchy gown, from the Spring 2010 collection, that went from a pale lavender at the waist to a bold dark purple at the hem.

Nominee Maggie Gyllenhaal, who was still looking for a dress in late February, finally chose on a floor length floral gown from the Dries Van Noten Fall 2010 collection - which was originally worn by Sarah Blomqvist. Even though she waited until the 12th hour to choose a dress, it wasn't as stressful for her this award season. "I've been through all that other stuff before where you get to have 30 dresses, but I didn't really do that this time. I was only really nominated for an Oscar," she said.

Miley Cyrus presented the award for "Best in a floor-length champagne-colored strapless dress by designer Jenny Packham. The corset and tulle style dress, adorned with countless crystals and beads, was from the designer's Fall 2010 Bridal collection. Miley kept the dress young with chandelier earrings, wide bracelets, and red carpet colored nails.

Vanessa Hudgens wore an ebony version of a sexy and shiny low cut Jenny Packham dress from the designer's Fall 2007 collection. She created a 20s style boho look by accessorizing with a long single strand necklace and a side parted wavy hair style.

Charlize Theron chose the pink version of Lindsay Ellingson's Christian Dior Spring 2010 Couture gown for her strut down the red carpet. Charlize opted against the opera length gloves and dramatic makeup, instead opting for a matching pink clutch, diamond bangle, and classic red lips.

Cameron Diaz wore Sigrid Agren's jewel encrusted ball gown from the Oscar de la Renta Fall 2010 show. Although Diaz, a former model, abandoned Sigrid's fur shoulder wrap, she took inspiration from her side swept hair style.
