Fresh blended juice of aloe, carrots, and spinach replaces coffee for Lonneke in the morning.

Beets are a great source of vitamins, and Lonneke has them as often as possible—even blended with fresh pear for a refreshing drink.

Spicy Thai wraps and vegetarian lasagna are two of Lonneke's favorite dishes at raw food restaurant Pure Food and Wine.

Lonneke stays fit by running and taking Urban Rebounder classes at her gym. And a diet rich in organic greens helps, too.

During breakfast at Liquiteria, Lonneke was greeted by fans from her native Holland. She stopped to chat in Dutch and posed for photos with them.
