Mommy-to-be Adriana Lima rubs her baby belly, dressed in a Louis Vuitton light blue floaty dress with sheer shoulders to add the sexy quotient.

Padma Lakshmi appeared on the red carpet for Keep a Child Alive—her first event after announcing her miracle pregnancy. She accented her new baby bump with gold accessories and a maxi dress.
