1.) Use a foundation that is a couple shades lighter than your own skin tone and a combination of white shimmer powder and grey eyeshadow to achieve the highlights and shadows. Use the white shimmer powder through the center of the face and to highlight & accent over the grey areas except for your cheeks. 2.) With a burnt reddish blush bring a little color into the apple of the cheeks, forehead and décolleté area. 3.) Diminish the appearance of your eyebrows, by using the light foundation over the brown and set with talcum powder.

1.) Use a blue shimmer shadow- it’s easy to apply and you’ll be able to put it to good use after Halloween too. 2.) You’ll also use this color under your bottom lashes accentuating the inner corner. 3.) Line your inner waterline with a black pencil. Revlon’s Smoky Shadow Stick in “Smolder” $8.99

1.) False eyelashes are a big part of this look. Think outside the box and even if a strip lash isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, you can always cut it and apply the sections individually. #M075 Mystic lash $8.07

1.) Finish with a rosy lip color accented by a darker red lip liner. L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipcolor in “Divine Wine” $5.99 and Crayon Petite Automatic Lip Liner in “Burgundys” $2.99

1.) You can find almost everything you need in your makeup draw or at any drugstore or department store. 2.) After you apply your foundation and concealer, set it with a translucent powder.

Using a maroon or burgundy shade of shadow, apply from inner corner of lid to outer and take it above the crease in an upward point almost meeting the end of your brow. 2.)Then darken the outer corner above the crease. 3.)Line the inside water line top & bottom with a black pencil. 1.) Smudge shadow under your bottom lashes from the middle out. Add a bit of pop on the inner corner with a white shimmer powder. 2.) Finish your eyes off with a great pair of ultra long false lashes and some mascara. Wet n Wild MegaShimmer Shimmer Dust in White Lotus $4.39

1.) For a longer lasting lip try Liptini stains and then top it with a gloss or a lip balm. 2.) Use your blush around your hairline and ears, also brush some over your décolleté depending on your costume. Liptini stains $18

Here’s how to achieve Gemma’s look if you don’t have a Halloween or costume store near you. 1.) Start with a foundation that is a shade or 2 lighter than your own skin tone and has a yellow base.
