Milana Bogolepova's Dior shoes gave her a little trouble when she walked the runway for the 2008 Christian Dior Cruise Collection.

With her arms outstretched to help her gain her balance, it looked as if it was just going to be a little wobble, but...

...her tightrope skills were no match against those heels and it turned into a full slip onto the runway.

Thankfully a gentleman was there to help Milana back on her feet, holding her arm to steady her as they walked the runway together.

Elise Crombez started off strong at Proenza Schouler's Spring 2007 fashion show, looking poised and confident behind her aviators.

But just moments later she lost her footing—one turn of the ankle and she was down!

The front row lended a hand and the model pro got back to her feet. See more of Elise on the runway here.

Elise finished her walk sans shoes, but with a smile on her face. Although, sometimes she can't help but scream.

Supermodels fall, too! Karen Elson stumbled on the Zac Posen Fall 2008 runway—and Diddy was there to the rescue!

The turns paired with the print runway proved too much for Yulia Kharlapanova at the Prada Spring 2009 show.

Luckily the leggy catwalker was back on her feet a few seconds later!

Even runway pro Jessica Stam wobbles slightly at the same Prada Spring 2009 show! Wedges can be deadly!

Skintight dresses and high heels require delicate walking. Monika Jagaciak fell victim to a model slip at the Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2009 show.

She may have fallen hard, but she was a good sport about it and thankfully got up unscathed and all smiles!

Obviously those shoes were not prepped well enough! Karolin Wolter fell at the same show—Hervé Léger by Max Azria for Fall 2009.

Even though she had barely taken three steps onto the runway, she picks herself right back up to complete her turn.

Some falls are graceful and simple. Some are not. Unfortunately at the Gharani Strok Spring 2006 show, this particular mishap was not an easy one.

On her way down, she dove right into the front row and into the laps of the editors who all reached out to help!

But even their efforts couldn't slow down her momentum as she continued to trip through the gift bags...

...until she finally was able to regain her balance and stand up to continue down the runway.

We told you that supers weren't immune to losing their footing. Known for her massive heels, Vivienne Westwood had Naomi Campbell falling on the runway.

Seriously, would you be able to walk in those heels? If Naomi can't do it, no one can.

When in doubt, remove the heels altogether like Iekeliene Stange at the Marc Jacobs Spring 2007 show. It's always better to err on the side of caution.

Hanna Rundolf lost a shoe while walking down the Fall 2009 runway for Brian Reyes—and she wasn't the only one...

Hanna picks herself up and finishes her walk. Even with only one shoe on, models are ever the professionals.

Adina Forizs couldn't keep her heels on for the Brian Reyes show either—she ended up losing both!

Was it a bad fit? Were they too loose? Whatever the problem, it just was not working.

At least some designers have sympathy for their models. Brian Reyes saw that girls were having issues, so everyone walked barefoot for the finale. Maybe we should sign them up for our High Heel Boot Camp?
