Hello. I'm Arlenis Sosa. I'm here with these people at the Victoria's Secret show. I hope you enjoy this one.
I was in the Dominican Republic, uh, I was working around, uh, in the capital. And then I met one guy, he's a fashion designer, and he said, like, "Oh my God, girl, I love you." I meet this guy and I'm like modeling, modeling and modeling. (LAUGH) For real, all the time, I was like, um, a little bit, I dance of course, but I'm not, like, talented. Meringue, salsa, (LAUGH) singing, (MAKES NOISE) no. In high school, we used to play basketball or something like that and I'm 5'-11” and they said, "Oh girl you have to that." I'm like, huh, no. (LAUGH)
Chanel Iman, I saw her in Jordan. And then when I came here, my first time, I'm like, I know this girl for TV, but when I'm gonna meet, (STAMMERS) these guys, I'm like, oh my God, I saw these guys, for, for fashion, fashion shows but I didn't know she's gonna be, like, my friend, you know? But I feel so good because they are very nice to me.
I miss, I miss a lot, my mom and my sister and brothers. They are gonna see everything because we have, like, Fashion TV. They are, like, "Oh, you are gonna do everything well." I'm like, of course mom, what's going on? (LAUGH)
