DOUTZEN KROES:
I have to be bikini ready all year round.

ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO:
Like, I was in Miami last week, I'm shooting bikini next week. I live in a bikini.

VERONICA WEBB:
Fitness is part of your like as a model. You can't do yourself any better favor. You have to workout like you brush your teeth or you wash your face. It's just part of what you do.

DOUTZEN KROES:
It’s not really a secret. It's working out, trying to sleep and eat healthy. It's like a combination of three things.

PAULINA PORIZKOVA:
How do you stay in shape? Oh, well, I eat very little and I exercise a lot.

DOUTZEN KROES:
The workout I love, the jump rope.

ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO:
I don't have much time to workout, but I love surfing, rollerblading. I'm kind of getting into yoga and take care of my body, so I try to do yoga like once a week, maybe.

FERNANDA MOTTA:
I do yoga with rock and roll song. Something very special and unique. And I like that.

CANDICE SWANEPOEL:
I have a trainer and I train at least three days a week. Every now and then I'll go to an open ballet class.

ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY:
I box, which I love. It's a great way to get all the thoughts out of your head.

MARISA MILLER:
More than anything, I do boxing. It's good 'cause you use your whole body. You work your legs all the way up.

ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY:
One thing I try to always do is drink a lot of water.

ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO:
Water is always good.

CANDICE SWANEPOEL:
So that you moisturize.

FERNANDA MOTTA:
I love water. I drink all the time, all the time.

ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO:
And it's just about trying to eat healthy, even if I love chocolate, I love steak, I love all that kind of Brazilian food. So, try to moderate.

DOUTZEN KROES:
I have to give up certain things and, uh, I think everyone has to do that in life. You have to put an effort in looking good.

FLAVIA DE OLIVEIRA:
Actually, I don't do anything.

FEMALE:
Nothing?

FLAVIA DE OLIVEIRA:
Yeah. (LAUGH)

FEMALE:
Lucky girl.

FLAVIA DE OLIVEIRA:
If you go to the beach, if you take sun, you have a water coconut, you don't really need to workout. I think I'm blessed. I don't want to say these things, I feel like a snob.
