Hi. I'm Julie Henderson. I'm here at fitness guru David Kirsch's studio.

DAVID KIRSCH:
Back and butt, um, you know, I think when people think about that, they think they need machines or, or heavy weights. And here, all we use is one of my stability balls. Julie works the lower back, right up into the middle part of the back, very good support for the abs, make sure the core and the lower back are strong. And then, right into scissors on the ball, which I love for perfect butt shaping. We get the butt nice and high and tight. One ball, two great moves, back and butt, two of the bigger muscles in your body.
