Hi. I'm Julie Henderson. I'm here at fitness guru David Kirsch's studio.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Okay, we'll do full body but boot camp.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay.
DAVID KIRSCH:
So we're gonna do everything we did, but we'll intensify it, we're gonna burn a little extra fat, calories, get you really sweaty, sculpt your entire body. It's amazing.
Good. And right back. Good. All right. You're gonna anchor with your heel. Do it again. Again, go to the side. Great. Your right leg stays flat, heel, and back. Focusing all on the here. Step it up a little, a little faster. And back. Good. You're gonna pull that inner thighs, shaping the inner thighs, pulling. You feel that?
JULIE HENDERSON:
Mm hmm.
DAVID KIRSCH:
All right. Now, step back into your lunge. Now, keep your energy up here right here in your thighs and your hips and in your butt cheek. (LAUGH) Okay. Good. All right. Reverse lunge to a high kick. We'll do it together, okay?
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Hands on your hips. Core is tight. Step back, right leg back, take it back, and right to a kick, and step it back again. Join me whenever you want to do it, okay? Straight leg, kick it out. Oh, yeah. Butt, thighs, legs, core and melting away some extra pounds.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Nice.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Do you have any cookies for lunch?
JULIE HENDERSON:
No. I don't have anything for lunch.
DAVID KIRSCH:
All right. All right. All right. Just checking. Step it back, step it back. Nice. Good job. (MAKES NOISE) Nice.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Are they good? (STAMMERS) Oh, it feels tighter.
DAVID KIRSCH:
We did a lot of sculpting individual body parts, arms and back and butt. The cardio sculpting, for me, it kind of wraps it all together, right? Take all those parts...
JULIE HENDERSON:
Mm hmm.
DAVID KIRSCH:
...and add cardio to it. Again, amazing. Do it on the beach first in the morning. It's beautiful. 30 minutes.
JULIE HENDERSON:

No equipment. Just your full body, cardio, burning your fats, sculpting your butt, your arms, everything.
