JULIE HENDERSON:
Hi, I'm Julie Henderson. I'm here at fitness guru David Kirsch's studio.

DAVID KIRSCH:
Chest and triceps, we're doing dumbbell wrap arounds. Most women don't want to have bulky chest muscles. We're not working on that. But we're working on sculpting and toning them. Good course, nice and tight and actually treating your little abs in there too, right?

JULIE HENDERSON:
Mm hmm.

DAVID KIRSCH:
And your little butt. Your butt is great.

JULIE HENDERSON:
Mm hmm..

DAVID KIRSCH:
Um, it's a quick, easy boob lift.

JULIE HENDERSON:
Nice.

DAVID KIRSCH:
Right? Non-surgical boob lift. So let's go right to triceps. And again, we're gonna really shape and sculpt your triceps. Good. Come all the way down. Keep your hips up. Great. Good form. And, again, three pounds. Not a lot of weight. You don't need it, right?

JULIE HENDERSON:
Right.

DAVID KIRSCH:
You feel anything on your triceps?

JULIE HENDERSON:
Yes.

DAVID KIRSCH:
You feel anything in your shoulders a little bit?

JULIE HENDERSON:
I'm feeling it everywhere.

DAVID KIRSCH:
You don’t need a stability ball. You can do it on the floor. You can do it on a mat. You can do it, why did you stop?

JULIE HENDERSON:
'Cause I don’t know.

DAVID KIRSCH:
Hello. We talked about your arms before, right? Good. Keep it up. Four, three, two, one more. Good job. Excellent. We did dumbbell wraparounds on a stability ball, shaping and toning the chest, the outer part of the chest, the area between the chest and the armpit and the triceps. But it's very effective. It's a great sculpting exercise.
