Hi I'm Julie Henderson. I'm here at fitness guru David Kirsch's studio.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Great job. You did it. Your whole body has been pumped and sculpted and toned and pummeled a bit. Stretching is really, really key. Don't forget about doing it. And as importantly, you're thinking about what you're trying to accomplish during that work out, right?
So make sure you're breathing, take a deep breath, come center, take a deep breath in, inhale. Come up, exhale, and feel the whole body relaxing, thinking about what you accomplished, feeling great about yourself. And thinking about what to do to make it even more challenging next time. Let's get the other side. Good. Again, you reconnect into your breath. It sounds really, uh, maybe a little too holistic it can but it's, it's key. Arms up and you're going to take your legs down, keep your toes out, come down. Hold the second position. Good, your core is nice and tight. Good.
JULIE HENDERSON:
It felt great. A little rough at times but you know you got to power through and I feel a little tired, I think I need to like eat something or something like that. (LAUGH) But I feel really good. I feel energized and ready to go.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Julie did great. She really did. I mean she was focused, she was energetic, she was keyed into what we were doing. She looks toned, less jiggly and I think I taught her something.
Look, the key here is I'm not always going to be there and Modelinia is, you're not always going to have that model to lean on there. Learn something, take it with you, take it on the road. It's really, really important.
