Hi. I'm Julie Henderson. I'm here at fitness guru David Kirsch's studio. what's going on, what are we doing?
DAVID KIRSCH:
We've got some hand weights.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay. Uh-huh.
DAVID KIRSCH: (CONTINUED)
Shoulders, right? We're going to build sexy, toned, sculpted shoulders.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Nice.
DAVID KIRSCH:
I love doing shadow boxing. I do it anywhere with little hand weights, 3s, 5s, whatever you want to use; okay? So basic cross overs, and upper cuts
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay.
DAVID KIRSCH (CONTINUED)
And we're going to do a few things shoulders, so to get a little cardio which is great and it's going to de-stress you so if someone pissed you off today, you're going to visualize that person's face right there; okay? Let's see.
I'm not feeling it?
JULIE HENDERSON:
What, what?
DAVID KIRSCH:
Get mad.
JULIE HENDERSON: (CONTINUED)
I'm going.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Yeah. But I want to feel passion, I want to feel energy, all right?
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay.
DAVID KIRSCH: (CONTINUED)
This is not, you know.
JULIE HENDERSON:

DAVID KIRSCH:

DAVID KIRSCH:
Let's go, come on.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Okay; okay. I'm ready.
DAVID KIRSCH:
There you go. Now I'm feeling a little better. Come on, dig it in.
JULIE HENDERSON:
(MAKES NOISE)

Ooh, this is a work out.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Let me know when you feel it in your shoulder. Nice and strong, your core is tight, you're breathing, you're de-stressing, you're sculpting beautiful body. Here's your cross.
JULIE HENDERSON:
I am.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Think about it. You're sculpting gorgeous arms. And breathe and good, good job.
Another one of my favorite moves. For your arms, crab crawls. Great for your triceps. We talked about getting toned, sexy arms, right? This will do it without giving you too much muscle and again, all you need is yourself.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Perfect.
DAVID KIRSCH:
All right? Get ready. Go. And walk forward. Great.
JULIE HENDERSON:
This is fun
DAVID KIRSCH: (CONTINUED)
Yeah, it is good, right? All right. Let me know when you feel it in your triceps.
JULIE HENDERSON:
I feel it.
DAVID KIRSCH:
Now give me little mini presses so bend your arms. I sneak little things in here when I can. Good. But I want you to move above height just a little bit. Down here and now bend your arms. Good and come right up. Uh-huh. No. I don't feel it, come on. Now I do. Good. Give me five more. Five, four, three, give a little resistance, two, one.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Oh my God. (LAUGH) Whoa, I'm feeling the burn.
DAVID KIRSCH:
I, I see the sculpting actually. Your arms look really great.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Do you? Yeah? Great.
DAVID KIRSCH: (CONTINUED)
Yeah, they look sexy. Yeah. Come out here, let me see this? Nice.
JULIE HENDERSON:
Yeah.
DAVID KIRSCH: (CONTINUED)
That is really good. Okay? We didn't use any crazy machines,
JULIE HENDERSON:
Right.
