Hi. It's Erica from PS I Made This. We're here today tat the lovely Bryant Park Hotel in New York City overlooking the fashion district and the beautiful park. I'm here with Ms. Crystal Renn, supermodel extraordinaire.

CRYSTAL RENN
And today we're doing flower headbands. And the reason that we're doing this is I felt so inspired a few years back when I did the Gaultier show and I remember this amazing moment where I was in the showroom and he was stitching on each flower onto my body that I was gonna wear and ultimately end the show in. And I just thought, you know, how could I make this an every day look? And I thought, how perfect, headbands.

ERICA DOMESEK
I couldn't agree more. I'm excited to make one with you today. Let's get started. I picked up these fake flowers which actually don't look so great but you are the one who came to me with an amazing idea of spraying them. Metallic spray paint which is available at any local hardware store or art store.

ERICA DOMESEK (CONTINUED)
Set down your flowers available at any craft store or even like a dollar store. And give them a good coat of spray paint, put some newspaper down and make sure you do it outside. That's like number one. I went ahead and I sprayed some for you. So if you don't want to spray them, that's okay too.

ERICA DOMESEK (CONTINUED)
But for yours, let's lay out, pick a couple ones, whatever flowers you like.

CRYSTAL RENN
What are you thinking? Here?

ERICA DOMESEK
Yeah. Well, we can move them around. What we're gonna do is take a piece of ribbon, cut it about six inches or so just like this. Now, I've got a glue gun here. Um, we're just gonna put a dab of glue right there and I'm gonna take this and onto the back of your flower, you're gonna stick that right in the center. Dab it.

ERICA DOMESEK (CONTINUED)
And let it dry just a couple of seconds. I think that our flowers are dry and ready. We've got the black and the gold with the ribbon backs to them.

CRYSTAL RENN
Okay.

ERICA DOMESEK
All glued on. Now we're gonna get that same ribbon. I always like to cut a little extra. I've got about a yard or so here. You're simply gonna take your flowers on and knot them onto the big (TECHNICAL)

ERICA DOMESEK (CONTINUED)
(WORD?) them on is not to make them too tight so after you tie them on, you can always slide them a little bit. All right. Perfect. I love that. That's so cute. You're such the rule breaker.

CRYSTAL RENN

But yet still feminine. I've got a couple of other options I did for you guys too. This one is the contemporary chic. I love that it's pretty classic and I love the colors of the black and blue together. This one is a classic sophisticate. I sprayed these gold. But a little twist on it. I made it a super, super long one so you can actually wear it as a high-waisted belt too. And lastly for your modern bow ho, this one is kind of my favorite. I used it (TECHNICAL)

ERICA DOMESEK (CONTINUED)
(WORD?) muslin and I used flowers that I didn’t spray. And I'm actually gonna be wearing, take this one off.

CRYSTAL RENN
And it's a bracelet.

ERICA DOMESEK
Get the whole, like, natural wild hair going. Channeling my inner hippie. What do we think? Is it cute?
