Aspiring models--you know, I think that in a business where certain people sort of believe that models are to be seen and not heard, it's an extraordinary place to be as a woman. Every other business is a man-run business. And you know, we rule the world as women.

But most importantly, girls just need to know that if they're their-selves, then it's going to take them so much farther than worrying about trying to be somebody else or an idea of somebody that they might want them to be. You know, you tend to go farther when you have that sort of confidence in yourself. If you don’t have confidence, then what've you got?
