Today is leading up to the show, it's really special, it's really watching what I'm eating, working out. I mean, it's really hectic, lots of interviews. It's all really exciting to do and go to places like this and I'm never really, I mean I'm never really in times square and it's really the center of New York City and I'm really excited for everything.
Yeah. It's just staying healthy, going to the gym, like having some time alone to like get yourself together. It's going to be a crazy day so you need some silence.
My secret for walking down the runway is really just being super present and in the moment and embracing it all and realizing that everyone's there to have a good time and have a fun night and so am I and why not get out there and enjoy it.
10 seconds before I get on the runway, I try to remember how to breathe because my heart is just jumping and I can't remember, you know, I just stop breathing and it's like, you're like this and then, you know, I'm like no, calm down, calm down, you know, and then you just go in and then it's your turn.
10 seconds before I step out on the runway, I'm probably going to take a few deep breaths and listen to the music. The music is a huge part of being on the runway. So I just kind of feel the music and let it go. I just put on a different hat and you just go, you've just got to work it.
Um, 10 seconds, well, I'm not going to be stepping out on the runway this time. But what I used to do 10 seconds before, um, nothing. (LAUGH) That is like when I'm quiet before the storm. Everyone is kind of dancing and they're all go ahead and that's pretty much the only time when I zip this one up. And you know that this one can talk a lot. But I kind of always get very quiet before something major happens. I get quiet before the storm. I'm kind of like Heidi, you're next. (MAKES NOISE) See you later.
